Crafted and guided by Barbora — yoga teacher, mama, and founder of The Inward Movement.
I’ve been teaching yoga, breathwork, and nervous system healing for over 14 years,
but it was motherhood that truly transformed my practice.
As a mum of two, I know the deep fatigue, the invisible load, and how easy it is to let your own needs fall to the bottom of the list. My teachings are rooted not just in training, but in lived experience — moving through the overwhelm, the healing, and the journey back to my body through every season of motherhood.
My practice has become the support system I return to again and again
Not a rigid routine, but a flexible toolkit that evolves with me and meets me exactly
where I am.
With over 1000 hours of advanced yoga education and a background in women’s health, movement, and emotional well-being, I bring both depth and heart to everything I share.
I believe that mothers and caregivers don’t need more pressure — we need more support.
My classes are a space to breathe, reset, and reconnect and learn how to feel good in your body and mind again. Through the Thrive & Flow course, I’m offering the tools I wish I’d had when I first became a mum; simple, powerful practices designed to meet you exactly where you are.
You might have found your way here because you’re craving something more…
More energy.
More ease in your day.
More connection to yourself.
If you’re a mother or caregiver, chances are you’ve already tried different things to feel better in your body and mind,
from fitness challenges to meditation apps, from scrolling for inspiration to trying to piece together routines that never seem to stick.
But the truth is, most traditional approaches to self-care aren’t created with a holistic approach to wellbeing,
or the realities of motherhood in mind.
They don’t consider the invisible load.
The interrupted nights.
The way your time, energy, and body are constantly being asked for, before you even get a moment for yourself.
I want to gently reassure you: if nothing has worked before, it’s not your fault.
You simply haven’t had the kind of support that’s designed for this season of life.
The Thrive & Flow Course was created from lived experience
and a deep knowing of what actually helps.
I’ve been through it — the burnout, the disconnection, the overwhelm that comes when you’re always caring for others
and never quite catching your breath.
I had to find my way back to my body and my strength, not by pushing harder, but by building a practice that could hold me as I was.
This course brings together years of experience in yoga, breathwork, women’s health, and nervous system healing.
all distilled into short, practical sessions designed to meet you where you are.
This course offers a complete approach, supporting your strength, flexibility, nervous system, and inner balance.
When you begin to create a rhythm that fits into your day or week, even in small ways, everything starts to shift.
The benefits ripple outward into your mood, your energy, and your patience. Becoming a calmer parent starts with us. When we take time to refill our own cup, we give from a place of steadiness instead of survival. And our families feel that.
Here’s what I’ve found is essential for mothers and caregivers to truly thrive:
1. A Practice That Evolves With You
Motherhood is not static, and your self-care shouldn’t be either.
Whether you’re postpartum, in the trenches of toddlerhood, homeschooling, working full-time, or somewhere in between —
this course offers adaptable tools you can return to, again and again.
Movement, breath, and stillness become anchors that support you, not just routines to squeeze in.
2. The Energy to Show Up — For Yourself and Your People
You can’t pour from an empty cup, but most mums are running on fumes.
Thrive & Flow helps you rebuild your reserves — physically, emotionally, and energetically — so you don’t just survive the day,
but actually feel more capable, centered, and strong within it.
3. A Return to What You Already Know — But Forgot How to Trust
So many of us feel like we’ve lost touch with our intuition.
With endless advice, trends, and “shoulds,” it’s easy to second-guess your instincts.
This course doesn’t hand you one-size-fits-all answers — it guides you back to your own inner wisdom, helping you move from self-doubt to self-trust.
4. A Community That Gets It
Let’s be honest — motherhood can be isolating.
Especially when you’re doing things differently, or feel like you’re the only one who doesn’t have it all together.
Inside Thrive & Flow, you’ll be surrounded by women who are walking a similar path.
There’s space here for realness, for reflection, and for support — no judgement, just encouragement.
If hustle culture, bouncing back, or rigid routines were going to work, they would have by now.
What you need is a sustainable, soul-nourishing approach that brings your body, mind, and heart back into alignment.
Thrive & Flow isn’t another thing to add to your to-do list — it’s a release from the constant pressure to keep up,
work harder, or fix yourself. It’s about finding strength and calm without burning out in the process.
It’s about finding your rhythm, reclaiming your energy, and finally having tools that work with you, not against you.
And the mothers who’ve joined us? They’re not just coping. They’re thriving.

Hey, it’s Barbora here.
I just wanted to take a moment to share something personal with you because if you’re anything like me,
you’ve probably felt this too.
There was a time when I felt like I was failing every time I couldn’t make it to a yoga class. I’d plan to go, pack and organise everything — and then someone would get sick, nap schedules would shift, or I’d just be too tired to leave the house. And I’d feel guilty. Like I wasn’t doing enough. I remember scrolling Instagram and feeling jealous of mums who seemed to have the time and support to make it to multiple classes a week.
The truth is, most of us don’t have that kind of support. We’re working, feeding, soothing, teaching, navigating it all and somewhere in there, we’re also meant to “self-care.” It’s a lot. And so often, we put it off, waiting for the perfect moment: when we have more time, more money, more energy, more space. But I’ve learned and I know, that healing, getting stronger or relaxing doesn’t have wait for perfect.
It happens in the small, quiet, messy moments.
Sometimes, it looks like doing breathwork in your pyjamas while the kids are still asleep.
Sometimes it’s ten minutes of movement next to a pile of laundry.
Sometimes your toddler climbs on you in savasana and that’s okay too.
We don’t need expensive retreats or picture-perfect routines to start feeling better.
We need practices that fit into real life that meet us as we are.
Because when we take care of ourselves, even in small ways, the ripple effect is powerful.
We become calmer. More present. More grounded. And our families feel that.
We are the backbone of our family’s wellbeing — and when we prioritise ours, everything shifts.
One of the most beautiful things I’ve experienced is practicing at home with my kids around me.
They join in, they watch, they copy. They see me looking after myself.
And that, in itself, is teaching them something really meaningful.
That’s what Thrive & Flow is all about — giving you the tools, the space, and the gentle support
to come back to yourself.
Not perfectly, not all at once. Just one breath, one practice, one moment at a time.
See you on the mat,
Barbora

Why Join Thrive & Flow?
Because you’re ready to feel like you again.
Not just the mum, the partner, the multitasker — but the whole version of yourself. The one who feels strong in her body, steady in her mind, and connected to something deeper than the daily to-do list.
This course was made for mothers and caregivers who are stretched thin, craving more energy, more calm, and more space to breathe but don’t know where to begin. It’s for the ones who’ve tried other things and found they didn’t stick. Not because they didn’t try hard enough but because those things weren’t designed with real life in mind.
And if part of you feels guilty about spending time or money on yourself, I want you to know, I get it.
We’re conditioned to put ourselves last, to question if we’re “worth it.” But the truth is, when you care for your body, your nervous system, your energy — everyone around you benefits too. This is not indulgent. It’s essential.
Thrive & Flow is not about perfection. It’s about progress. It’s about healing in subtle, steady ways and building a practice that works with you, not against you.
You’ll be supported, seen, and gently guided every step of the way. You’ll remember how good it feels to move, to rest, to breathe deeply.
And you’ll begin to trust that feeling good isn’t just a luxury, it’s something that’s within your reach, starting right now.
POPULAR QUESTIONS
How is this different from other yoga or wellness courses?
Thrive & Flow is designed specifically for mothers and caregivers. It blends movement, breathwork, and nervous system support into short, doable sessions that fit into real life — even with kids at home. It’s not about doing more. It’s about coming back to yourself in a way that feels gentle, empowering, and sustainable.
Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
No, you don’t. Everyone is welcome, and all practices are designed with beginners in mind. Barbora has extensive experience teaching those new to yoga and meditation, and her style is warm, accessible, and incredibly welcoming.
I’m pregnant or recently had a baby — can I still do this course?
Many of the practices are pregnancy and postpartum-friendly. You’ll also receive a prenatal/postnatal yoga guide as a bonus. Since you’ll have access for 12 months, you can always revisit any sessions you decide to skip during pregnancy, when the time feels right for you.
How much time do I need to complete the course each week?
You’ll receive three core practices per week — one active movement session, one restorative session, and one audio meditation or breathwork. Each practice is 15–30 minutes long. You can do one per day or stack them when you have time. This course is designed to be flexible — no pressure, no guilt.
How long do I have access for?
You’ll have 12 months of access to all lessons, recordings, and bonuses — so you can move at your own pace and revisit any part of the course whenever you need it.
Is this course only for mothers with young children?
Not at all. While the course speaks to the realities of early motherhood, the practices are powerful at any stage. Whether you’re postpartum, parenting teens, or a grandmother supporting others — you’re welcome here.
Can I do the course with my partner or a friend?
Yes! You can absolutely move through the course alongside someone else — it can be a beautiful shared experience. However, one enrolment provides access to a single user account.
I’m not a mum, but I’m a caregiver / educator / busy individual — is this for me?
Yes, absolutely. If you’re feeling depleted, disconnected, or in need of nervous system support and gentle strength-building — this course will support you deeply. It’s for anyone who gives a lot to others and is ready to give something meaningful back to themselves.
Is this suitable if I’m neurodivergent, have ADHD, or struggle with focus and learning?
Yes. The course is self-paced with short, simple practices you can do in your own way, on your own time. Many participants with ADHD or sensory sensitivities have found these practices very helpful in feeling more regulated and present.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 7-day “feel it out” guarantee. If you join and truly don’t feel the course is for you, just email us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
I already practice at the studio — is the course still good value for me?
Yes, absolutely. This course is a beautiful complement to any in-studio practice you already have. It’s especially helpful for the days you can’t make it to class — like when the kids are sick, you don’t have childcare, or life just feels too full. The practices are short, flexible, and easy to do from home, helping you stay consistent and supported even when things don’t go to plan. It’s about making your wellbeing more accessible, not adding more to your plate.
My question isn’t listed here — how can I get in touch?
We’d love to help! Email us directly at hello@theinwardmovement.com.au, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with support.
