Hello! I am Barbora and I’m so glad you’re here!

I invite you to experience an unique holistic approach to well-being - a more intuitive, mindful, and heart-centered path to self-care and a balanced life.

With over 18 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of individuals in transforming their lives by reconnecting with their bodies and deepening their self-awareness.

My journey has taken me from yoga studios to schools, senior centers, and homeless shelters, teaching people from all walks of life—athletes, underprivileged women, CEOs, new mothers, individuals with injuries and disabilities, and children. Whether it’s classes at the yoga studio, community events, prenatal yoga, or mum-and-bubs sessions, I’ve witnessed the profound healing that yoga offers. I truly believe that yoga is for everyone, and its benefits are universal.

With over 1000 hours of advanced yoga training and more than a decade of teaching experience across the Czech Republic, USA, and Australia, I blend practical strategies with gentle yet impactful practices to support your physical and mental well-being. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of both the body and mind, allowing me to meet you where you are and help you thrive.

Now, I’m thrilled to share these teachings with a global community through online programs designed to bring balance, resilience, and connection into your life. Together, we can create positive change in the world, starting from within ourselves.

I’ve developed a unique approach that combines slow, mindful movement with restorative breathwork to facilitate deep, holistic healing. I believe our bodies carry an innate wisdom and hold profound healing potential, but it requires our willingness to engage in the process.

Our breath and body hold the experiences and energies of our entire life’s journey. Through intentional practice, we can gently release what no longer serves us, freeing stagnant energy and creating space for a renewed sense of balance, freedom, and contentment.

Over time, you start to notice real transformation. You realize that you are no longer the same person - you feel lighter, more present, and clarity sharpens your mind. As you move forward, you arrive more fully into your life and relationships, prepared for deeper and more meaningful connections.
